Really Amazing customer service, the store is really well set up and Angelina (I hope I have the right name) was very informative and assisted with me set up a membership while other minitopia haven't even mentioned the VIP cards and membership.

Emailing the sales team is a joke. I PREORDERED!! an item back in March !! which has been in stock for over a month in all other stores and other businesses and still my order sits on order placed". I only got a response to one of my emails one bloody month ago saying they were moving the stock and have heard nothing back after that. I've sent an email every week since then speaking of my frustration but have had no reply from anyone. This is absolutely disgusting and ridiculous for a business and I'm never ordering from Minitopia ever again. Not mention I still don't have my order!"

Beautiful store, with useful organisation; however the staff seems highly unprofessional. Entered the store to two staff members filming another in a leisurely fashion (not for advertisment reasons, etc), with both in the way of browsing customers. Seemed to ignore their duties on the till as a customer had to ask multiple times for service.Very disappointing.
